In the yogic tradition, Prana is the vital life force in all living beings. Sangha is our community to support the path. When prana flows freely, we feel energized, healthy, and mentally clear. When it is blocked by negative energies within the body or depleted, it can result in physical illness, emotional imbalance, or spiritual disconnection.

Our Practice

Immerse yourself in a sanctuary of movement, breath, and stillness. Our guided yoga sessions restore balance and awaken inner vitality.Through asana, pranayama, and meditation, we nurture body and mind.Reconnect, realign, and return renewed.

Prana and Pranayama:

Breath is approached as a sacred bridge between body and mind – by bringing awareness to the breath, we can calm the nervous system and begin consciously shaping our thoughts. It’s a subtle practice of regulation, vitality, and inner clarity.

Asanas, Kriyas, Mantras & Meditation:

Postures are practiced as a form of embodied meditation, guided by alignment, awareness, and respect for individual constitution.

Beyond the mat, into the life

In yoga, the goal is not just physical flexibility but energetic balance. Through breath control, mindful movement, and awareness, yoga aims to harmonize the flow of prana in the body. Prana Sangha was created as a shared space for those drawn to practice yoga not merely as exercise, but as a way of living. Through movement, breath (pranayama), quiet attention (Shunya), chanting, and meditation practices, we cultivate steadiness of mind, sensitivity of body, and a deeper connection to life as it is. We aim to expand our consciousness

About the Teacher...

“I bring a well-rounded understanding of yoga as a way of life. My teachings blend a modern, accessible approach for Western practitioners with the depth of my studies in Rishikesh, India—a spiritual yoga hub—where I immersed myself in the traditional roots of Kundalini and Himalayan Yog Vedantic traditional kriyas. Lineage Practices are not just postures, it’s designed for awakening, healing, self-realization, and full-value living through Asana, Pranayama, Kriya, Kundalini, Mantra, and Meditation.

I am trained with a strong foundation in yoga philosophy, theory, and anatomy, allowing me to guide students with clarity, safety, and intention. My services invite practitioners to evolve and transcend, cultivate awareness, resilience, and connection—on and off the mat—through conscious movement, breath, expansion of consciousness, and inner inquiry (Shunya).” - Angela
